Write to support@updogcrm.com with a question or a problem, and someone on the Updog team will write back.

From inside Updog

Open Help Desk from the tab on the right edge of the page, or from the menu on a phone, and fill in a New Request. Add a screenshot if it helps. Your requests and our replies stay under My Requests. The tutorials show how the main parts of Updog work.

Report a chat message

In a league or Power Hour chat, open the menu beside someone else's message to report it or block them. We review every report within a day and remove messages that break our terms. You can also email us about a message or a member.

Your account

Change or cancel your plan in Settings → Billing. To delete your account and its data, go to Settings → Account → Delete your account. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
